Natalie discovered the gift of yoga in 2003, when her best friend introduced her to the practice. She began to develop a practice in her home and on her own. She immediately reaped the benefits of the practice and longed to deepen it. After completing CorePower Yoga's teacher training in 2005, she explored teaching for the first time -- Power/Vinyasa flow yoga.
Sharing the gift of yoga was a blessing. Natalie devoted more and more time studying as a teacher and practitioner, attending workshops and trainings all over the United States. She has also spent time in India with her teacher H.R Suresh.
Suresh began to teach Natalie Ashtanga Pranayama, Meditation, and the deep body opening concepts of Swara yoga. Her practice changed completely, along with her mind and heart. She hopes to share this ancient system of physical yoga based on Swara yoga with students outside of India.

Natalie made another trip in 2009 to practice with Suresh and plans on making many more. Currently, Natalie teaches led Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga, and private sessions in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas of Colorado.
She is a registered Power/Vinyasa Yoga teacher with over 200 hours and a registered Swara Yoga teacher with 1000 hours. She completed over 60 hours of Thai Yoga Massage training from the School of Thai Yoga Massage in Bangalore, India. Because of her practical experience of a personal/self practice and the desire to become a better teacher is what makes her teaching style effective. Natalie continues to grow and is inspired deeply by her teacher, best friend, sisters, horses, and her dog, Naomi.
