Natalie D'onofrio discovered the gift of yoga in 2003. When her best friend introduced her to the practice. She began to develop a practice in her home and on her own.
She immediately reaped the benefits of the practice and longed to deepen it. After completing CorePower Yoga's teacher training in 2005, she explored teaching for the first time and later traveled to India to continue her exploration. Read more...
